Something you should know about me. I have a weak heart when it comes to animals. I have a hard time walking away from a sad animal story (the reason I have 3 dogs and 2 cats). I'm afraid I've also passed this on to my daughter, Amelia (not the best for my husband who didn't grow up with animals). So, when I saw this photo of an unlikely Rottweiler and Chihuahua pair in a tiny cage in a shelter I caved and decided to foster them. For 3 months, Boscoe and Maisey stayed in our playroom getting healthy (Boscoe had a bad case of heart worms). Our family grew to love these two. But all good things must come to an even better end...
Boscoe and Maisey now have a wonderful home with Colby. Just look at them. No more play room confinement! They have lots of room to roam! Thank you Colby! I miss them but I know they are in a wonderful and happy home! Go to

Yay!!! Beautiful post! Made me cry. The picture is beautiful. I am very proud of you. You are setting such an amazing example for your children.
I LOVE this story. I am so glad they have a perfect forever home! It took a LOT of restraint for them to not come live with us!
