I was lucky enough to attend a dinner on Sunday night for the Nobelity Project www.nobelity.org . The Nobelity Project is such an incredible organization. They are bringing hope of a better education to kids who once had no hope. Please watch the trailer for the new documentary 'Building Hope" and donate if you can. Sweet Baby Kate!

There nothing like photographing a brand new baby. It just melts my heart. I was fortunate enough to share in the experience of Baby Kate's first moments home from the hospital, including her first meeting with brother Charles. Bliss.

The Story Goes Like This.....

Something you should know about me. I have a weak heart when it comes to animals. I have a hard time walking away from a sad animal story (the reason I have 3 dogs and 2 cats). I'm afraid I've also passed this on to my daughter, Amelia (not the best for my husband who didn't grow up with animals). So, when I saw this photo of an unlikely Rottweiler and Chihuahua pair in a tiny cage in a shelter I caved and decided to foster them. For 3 months, Boscoe and Maisey stayed in our playroom getting healthy (Boscoe had a bad case of heart worms). Our family grew to love these two. But all good things must come to an even better end...
Boscoe and Maisey now have a wonderful home with Colby. Just look at them. No more play room confinement! They have lots of room to roam! Thank you Colby! One of the very best things about Austin,.... music. I come from a musical family and am luckily introduced to some of the best local talent! Special Day!

New Year's Eve was a very happy occasion for our family. My brother-in-law got married!!! Ciaran and Tatum had a sweet and beautiful wedding followed by a night full of music and fun. I thought I would share a few photos. Thanks Ciaran and Tatum for letting me take your photos! It was an honor!
