Just got back from LA. I went to a place called Huntington Gardens hoping to catch the rare 'Corpse Flower' in bloom. We missed it by a few days. I thought I would share the photos I got of the day we were there. The Corpse Flower (also known as the stinky plant) gets it's name because when it blooms,.. it stinks. The smell is something similar to the smell of a corpse. Really!!!!! I also included a few flower pics from the amazing gardens. Loved it!
Everyone needs a little 'Boo' in their life. I was honored to photograph local musician, Davis McClarty and his dog Boo for the 2010 Blue Dog Rescue "Texas Howlers" Calendar. This will be the 4th calendar for Blue Dog and it is going to be a great one. Boo is one of the sweetest dogs I've ever seen and he knew where the camera was at all times! I just love him!!! Thanks Davis!
